Ascend the Grid Mountain to its Frothy White Top! Our 4th beer is a biggun, a mountain of an IPA: A Mountain IPA. This beer style combines the best attributes of old school American IPAs (think Stone, Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas, Goose Island) and Hazy New England IPAs (think EVERYTHING ATM). West Coast + East Cosst, what goes possibly go wrong!?For this beer we chose a simple pale malt bill, our favourite hop combo, soft water and a cheeky slap of bitterness, all finished off by a classic workhorse of an American ale yeast.Weighing in at 7% it is certainly not for the feint hearted but Alas, don’t judge any beer by its cover! This beer is Citrusy, refreshing and drinkable and somehow perfect for a Rainy July Day in England! :)
