Brewed on 28/11/2020, on the installation off BRAUW in Genk.The basis for this beer is a RIS, short for Russian Imperial Stout, or a very heavy beer characterized by a dark color, high alcohol content and high bitterness. This beer was infused with ginger, chili peppers and coconut to give it an Oriental Thai undertone.Stephanos of Constantinople, ca. 893, patrioarch of Constaninople, younger son of Emperor Basil of Macedonia and brother of Emperor Leo the Wise. Not to be confused with the Greek martyr Stefanus , whose feast day is celebrated on December 26, Boxing Day
