Two Heads Behind Christmas Brew was back in 2018 a powerful Belgian Double of 9% alcohol. We were so lucky to be offered just emptied Rum barrels from 1423, and immediately thought it would be perfect to barrel age our first Christmas brew. Almost 2 years later, we have chosen to bottle the beer. In this Two Heads Behind Barrel Aged Christmas Brew, you can clearly sense the oak barrel, which helps to give notes of raisins, prunes, caramel and vanilla. Of this beer, only 300 bottles have been bottled. 718 days from brewing day to bottling day. 693 days barrel aged in 1423 Rum Oak barrel.
