Wheatstock is a mildly hopped brew with unique phenolic flavours of banana and clove, giving it the perfect love-in mash-up of spicy yet mellow sweetness. This brew honours the classic German hefeweizen recipe, providing a high wheat malt foundation.The classic German aroma hop Hallertau Mittlefruh compliments the malt foundation. Brewed using over 50% wheat malt, the rich medium body is balanced agains Pilsner, Crystal and Melanoiden malts.This German style is a versatile beer to serve with schnitzel, pretzel or weisswurst. The phenolic flavours of wheat stock also mix well with lobster and chicken dishes.
