4.7% Yellow pale. Foamy white color, long lasting. Turbidity is caused by the high content of protein from wheat. Moderate aroma of clove and banana. Mild aroma of wheat. Medium body. Very low amargor. Heavy on the fruity esters (banana) and phenols (clove). Soft wheat flavor. No hop flavor. The presence of wheat makes it more creamy mouthfeel. High carbonation. Very refreshing wheat beer, pale aroma and flavor of cloves and banana.
