Our recent collaboration with Two Birds Brewing has resulted in Eldersour!Aromas of lemon myrtle, light melon and slight herbal characteristics jump from the glass.This tasty brew is tart, lightly acidic and has a distinct saltiness from the addition of Margaret River sea salt. The elderflower is present but relatively subdued and well balanced.
