As summer fast approaches we’ve spent time refining our range of Pale Ale recipes, working our way towards the perfect hop combination for a sessionable Pale Ale that delivers on hop flavour without sacrifice on drinkability. We’ve spotlighted some exciting varietals — Southern Cross, Simcoe and Talus. Leading the way you’ll find flavours of pineapple and nectarine, following with a moreish pine finishthat leaves you reaching for the next sip.
