A double IPA fermented with Sake yeast only. The yeast we got from our friends Naoko and Daniele who brought it from the island of Sado in Japan. A herbal and spicy DIPA with a dry Sake-like finish, featuring Sorachi Ace, Chinkook and Citra in DH.
