Quad Buried Mead

This is the most fruit we have ever crammed into a mead! Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, and Elderberry. Sweetness from the Honey balanced with tannins and acidity from the massive amounts of fruit. The vast majority of this batch was parked in a Bourbon Barrel where it will hibernate over the 2019/2020 winter. What we have here is a pre-barrel-aged sneak peek of what is to come.
