Le nez de cette nouvelle lager est dominé par le côté malté, légèrement mielleux, avec une très faible touche de torréfaction. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond, mais quand même bien gazéifié. Goût de baguette, de pain grillé, de noix de Grenoble. Petite touche houblonnée en finale sur le côté herbacé. La bière finit bien sèche et légèrement amère.- - - - -The nose of this new lager is dominated by the malty side, slightly honeyed, with a very slight touch of roasting. The body of the beer is initially quite round, but still well carbonated. Taste of baguette, toast, walnuts. Small hop touch on the finish on the herbaceous side. The beer ends up very dry and slightly bitter.
