A low hopped Pilsner beer with light bitterness using Willamette hops from Oregon. The delicate balance of hops along with European Vienna malt gives this beer a nice crisp body with easy drinkability. The addition of Lemongrass provides a soft note of Thai cooking that even General Mao might approve! We think this beer will be so easy drinking that you can get “Mao Mat” or punch drunk on this beer alone.
