Double hazy with Strata, El Dorado, Galaxy, and that good good Crosby Strata hash. It’s got a lovey silky mouthfeel, full of hop oils. We are loving this hop combination and the floral, candy and tropical fruit notes it’s importing. We get a TON of strawberry taffy, both on the aroma and the flavor. It smells like you walked into a candy shop. There’s tangerine, pineapple, and fuzzy peaches on the tongue. We haven’t used Galaxy in a minute and we forgot that we kinda missed it. The peachiness is really nice, and the green-ness that it imparts is a familiar friend. We also get almost mezcal smokiness and vanilla softness.
