We layered a base of North American Barley and Oats with z>esty Talus and Simcoe hops before dry hopping assertively with Simcoe, Strata and BRU-1 Cryo. Aromas of candied papaya, Totapuri mango and fresh cut prairie lead way to a pillowy soft body with flavors of cool melon and floral tones. Pairs great with the Kutzky Bowl.
