Matriarch

Описание

Conceived by the women of Saint Andrews Brewing Company and brewed for International Women's Day, Matriarch is a special hazy IPA brewed with a huge charge of Nelson Sauvin, plus some Galaxy and Citra layered on an oat-heavy base of Golden Promise and 2-row, then fermented with Escarpment Labs Foggy London Ale. To this we added a small dose of heritage hops, grown in our family for five generations in PEI, then later Oromocto, St. Stephen and Smithfield. This beer throws off huge notes of sweet orange creamsicle, ripe papaya and grapefruit zest with low background herbaceousness. Limited quantities!
