This traditional mead is made with spring honey and heather honey. In the second stage, Madagascan vanilla was added. In the third stage, the mead was aged with oak chunks that had been soaked for four months in Old Forester Bourbon 117 Series: High Angels' Share.Tasting notes: Bold, with rich caramel, toasted coconut, dried cranberry, and dark brown sugar, set against a backdrop of intense oak spice
