Robust Porters typically feature a more bitter and chocolate malt flavor as compared to alighter, This was the first beer we ever brewed at the Korbel facility. The recipe is very close to its original formulation. Bittered with Brewers Gold with Cascade and Celeia in the mid and late boil.
