A single variety, bottle conditioned perry in a very limited run. An early ripening pear, Thorn is harvested in early September. The perry produced from this single variety, has a very crisp, dry flavour. Lightly fizzy.The Hecks family have been making traditional farmhouse cider in Somerset for six generations, since 1841. In 1896, they started to sell their cider from the farm shop in Street, where they are still based.
