Lodgehouse Sour Cherry

Brewed with toasted Mecca Grade malts in December 2017 and inoculated in the coolship overnight. After barrel-fermentation and aging in fresh Pinot casks, we transferred it to tawny port barrels on sour cherries in July 2019 where it completed its time in our cellar. 3 years later, we bottled it up with Oregon wildflower honey and high-fives.The best celebrations are spontaneous!
