Mixed-fermentation ale aged for twenty-three months in a French-oak Chardonnay barrel, blended with Table Beer using French Bière de Garde yeast.Nose: Subtle barrel and Brettanomyces funk, earthy straw with some light farmyard notes.Appearance: Straw-gold with fine white headTaste: Slightly vinous Chardonnay, oaky, gentle Brett funk, earthy straw,and juicy apricot flavours along with a very subtle acidity.
