What happens when you take our classic Guinness IPA and double the amount of hops we use during dry hopping? You get this beer – a hugely aromatic IPA fill of citrus and pine aromas, all thanks to twice as much Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops. The increase in ABV is due to an effect referred to as “hop creep”, whereby dry hopping during active fermentation can lead to an increase in overall ABV.
