We teamed up with Flawsome! Drinks to produce this imperial Cherry Gose for Food Waste Action Week. A third of all food produced for human consumption is wasted globally, and three quarters of that waste is still fit for consumption.So we've used surplus cherry juice provided by Flawsome! to blend with an imperial strength traditional Gose, fermented with hefeweizen yeast, seasoned with Himalayan Rose Pink salt and fresh English coriander seed. This beer is mildly sour, with a big hit of cherry, clove and banana esters from the yeast, and a full bodied, slightly salty finish.
