A culmination of 5 bespoke malts and an extended boil, and originally brewed in Autumn 2021, our traditional porter has spent the last 25 months in the depths of our barrel store in a variety of barrels.Initial aromas of cherry and smoke lead into deep and full bodied porter, with notes of toffee, vanilla and plums in abundance. The Pinot barrels providing a fruit-rich base upon which the single malt barrels can blend effortlessly with the saline character of the whisky.
