Srawberry + Blackberry Sour Rye Saison. Lacto-soured belgian saison made with a special saison yeast and blend. Rye was used to balance out the super sweet strawberries, while also the fruit to really shine through. Blackberries are added to heighten the tartness while creating a candy pink colour.
