Mellow Mountain

Описание

When the black diamond is just too much, find yourself a smooth Mellow Mountain to ride and enjoy your day. This SMASH IPA has 100% Canadian 2 Row barley and 100% Cascade hops. We got a batch of fresh flower hops from our friends at Katabasis Farms and threw them in the mash. Mash hopping mellows the bitterness and takes some of the bite out of finish of the beer creating a smooth taste and letting a little of the sweetness from the malt shine through.
