Vanilla Walnut Latte Imperial Stout

For this special brew, we roasted a hefty amount of locally-grown walnuts sourced from Kachin state of upper Myanmar. The base beer is then conditioned over cold-brewed Arabica coffee, milk sugar and roasted walnuts to impart deep nuttiness and is further dosed with vanilla extract. Caramelly rich, vanilla-y and nutty like a walnut coffee cookie.
