Don’t worry; the ladies of ORB have brewed this rich and fruity Painkiller Sour for you to enjoy on a sunny day, while lazing in a hammock on your deck! We’ve combined 4 parts pineapple, 1 part cream of coconut and 1 part orange. Best served in a glass with some freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
