We love experimenting with hops and have amassed quite a collection. These particular hops haven’t had the chance to shine in a beer of their own... until now! This hop-forward IPA is bursting with citrus, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavors from Amarillo, Simcoe, Azacca, and Nelson Sauvin balanced with a moderate bitterness and slight maltiness supported by Mexican flaked oats. Put me in coach!
