Dumpster Diving IPA is a beer brewed on recycled bread. The bread replaces a largeamount of malt in the mashing, a circular use of bread that would otherwise bethrown away. The result here is a West Coast IPA with a full-bodied body, tropicalhops and balanced bitterness.
