Emma's Pounamu Pale Ale

Congratulations Emma! An IPA brewed with pilsner malt, Maris Otter malt and Aroma malt. A little bit darker (25 EBC) and with a bit more malt profile than the traditional IPA. Only to be served at SKAAL in Copenhagen. Lots of hops has been used for this baby, primarily at flame off and dry hopping (Columbus, Equinox, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Chinook). Skål!
