Czech-Inspired Pale Lager 10°Inspired by memories of Rodinný Pivovar Vendelín - Brewed with 100% Moravian Pilsner malt, double decocted, with several Sladek and ZPC kettle additions. Open fermented at 10°C and then conditioned in the Kvasnicový-style in which we add a small portion of freshly fermenting “Oh So” to enhance texture and character.Tasting notes - lemon curd, poolish, citrus peel.
