A small experimental batch of our robust oatmeal milk stout.VikingMilque is an homage to Viking Blod, a Danish mead (honey wine) made with hops, hibiscus, and ginger. Odd as that may sound, it is so delicious and one of the single biggest selling bottles we sell in the store.VikingMilque is refermented with honey to boost the ABV, and aged with hibiscus flowers and a bunch of ginger. A sweet, roasty, spicy ode to weird Danish mead.
