This Fruited Sour was brewed in collaboration with Corporate Ladder Brewing Company. For our first release in the Woodland Series, we took our Hydra base and aged it in Appleton Rum barrels. After aging, the beer was conditioned on banana, pineapple, blackberry, brandy-soaked cherry, and orange puree. The result is a frooted smoothie version of a classic cocktail, Rum Runner.
