Beervana 2023. What shall we make? Quad IPA? Why not. Wye not. The most expensive beer we have ever built here at Altitude, this is a flavour delivery vehicle on runaway. Building a higher abv using very light malts and mango sugars for a base juiciness allowed us to overdose the hops to ridiculous proportions. The result is a hazy IPA riding on lighting. Insane aroma and a beautiful dichotomy of flavours make a beer that really doesn't drink its abv. A mouthfeel that is smooth, full and fruity and a balance we are proud of for this size of a beer.
