The original base was brewed in the summer 2020 to commemorate Pete and JC's mutual love for the morning breakfast bar and cup of coffee. We allowed a single special Willet rye barrel to "slow bake" for 25 months. Following the extended barrel aging, We conditioned the beer on toasted almonds, Madagascar vanilla, EQx@mostracoffee Kinetic blend coffee, Vietnamese Saigon cinnamon, and atouch of lactose. Barrel Aged Slow Baked Oatmeal Squares is ready to enjoy.
