Gin Barrel-Aged Saison on Sumo Mandarin ZestClub Exclusive Bottle Release 5/10/25We aged this three-grain saison with our full house culture in one of our favorite barrels (McClintock Distilling Reserva Gin). It was tart, funky, and flush with herbal notes... but needed something to pair with it. We conducted a blind aroma test of the zest from oranges, tangerines, and mandarins... and let me be straight with you, the Sumo Mandarin's bright "Fanta" orange aroma won hands down!
