Finalllllly we have a collab on our hands. This is one massive TIPA for all you hop heads out there. Brewed with our good friends from Canada, Collective Arts. We decided to try some new techniques, in the form of using Mosaic Incognito in the fermentor in the hope of a crazy hop profile. Dry hop for this beer was was Ekaunot Cryo, Strata, and Mosaic.
