Transient Atmospheric Phenomenon 2 was aged in an 8 Year Willett Rye barrel for nearly 20 months before being adjuncted with the HVB Apotheosis adjunct schedule of Milk Sugar, Almonds, Cinnamon, and Madagascar Vanilla.Pouring viscous and decadent with intoxicating aromas of milk chocolate almond bars, vanilla caviar, and cinnamon truffles. We get flavors that are a mashup of almond marzipan, chocolate horchata, almond snickers, and cinnamon coco dusted nuts with a deep vanilla rye finish. This beer is has an incredible mouthfeel and finish that coats the palate and warms the belly in between sips and is the perfect companion for stargazing and looking up to the galaxies above.
