This collaboration with Celestial Beerworks is a rich, lovely decadence. Its chocolaty malt base is loaded with cinnamon sticks and sweet vanilla beans with a hint of nuttiness from additions of Pecans.The nose is vanilla cream and milk chocolate bars. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, cinnamon coffee cookies, and soft vanilla. It’s soft and velvety and leaves chocolate fondue on the tongue, and cinnamon filling the mouth. Pro-tip: let the beer warm a bit as you enjoy. The flavours unwrap and come to life the more the degrees rise.
