Imperial Brown Ale with Quarrelsome Coffee BeansCan Release 10/19/24 - $20/4-packFor our second collab with Quarrelsome Coffee (St. Louis, MO), they selected a natural process Ethiopian coffee they call Ayele Fulasa (named after the producer). It's from the famed Yirgacheffe region with what they describe as "expansive florals and a lush wine-like quality with notes of orange blossom, milk chocolate, white grape." We wanted to really showcase these fantastic beans, so rather than a stout we infused them into a bigger version of our English Brown Ale (Drink it Down). The result is coffee-forward, without being roasty, highlighting the unique fruity and vinous notes!
