WILD THING - SOUR/WILD BA BALTIC PORTER - CABERNET SAUVIGNONThe beer was matured for 885 days in a Hungarian barrique oak barrel, in which cabernet sauvignon was aged for years. The nose is dominated by red wine, the flavour notes are determined by the wild yeast (we received as a gift from the barrel). The beer has a pleasant sourness, with the flavours of rhum, coffee, vanilla and red wine.
