Coffee Stout

Brewed in Collaboration with Dawn Patrol coffee roasters. Gold wet fermented 'Red Bourbon' coffee from Colombia was added, both as a course-ground whirlpool addition, and then later as a post-ferment cold brew addition giving this stout sweet citrus, floral & tropical fruit notes. The harmonious balance between specialty dark, roasty malts in the base beer, and the fruitiness from the coffee have created a stout that's light on its feet and awakening to the senses.
