We've taken a slight detour with this pale ale. Brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt and wheat, we wanted to bring real clarity of flavour and amplify the notes of Simcoe. The malt background is super clean with light breadiness which underpins bold fruit character from the dry hop. Expect juicy orange peel, soft mango and a beautiful subtle bitterness which leads into a pleasingly pithy finish.
