Just over 50% wheat malt in the grain bill for this beer, fermented with WLP380 yeast. Aroma profile rich with banana and bubble gum esters, as well as some clove phenols in the background. Enjoyable (banana)bread sweetness in the flavor, with a medium body to make it thirst quenching yet saturating.Prost!
