Описание
One of four collaborations as part of the Sour Cities Project made exclusively for the Thai market, highlighting unique sour flavors from both Hong Kong and Bangkok. Lai Chi Kok (茘枝角), in Kowloon, translates to "lychee corner" and was historically an area of lychee orchards and rural villages. Brewed with Kveik Yeast & a blend of strains of Brettanomyces, aged for 32 months in a French Oak Chardonnay barrel & conditioned on farm-fresh Hong Kong lychees.Nose: Vinous white wine notes, with oak and sweet floral and citrus lychee.Appearance: Clear golden with a bright white head.Taste:Gentle sweetness, delicate rose-like lychee & white wine character. Some clear barrel oak & vanilla. Reminiscent of sour candy & cherry cola, acetic.
