Today we release a meeting of minds, as well as beverages.The first in our Convergence series, this collaboration with our friends at Clever Kombucha and Dear Green Coffee combines fermented tea, cold-brew coffee, and beer in a three-way mash-up.A light, dry grisette, brewed with Assam tea and cold-brew Peruvian coffee with oak-fermented kombucha. Aromas of subtle fruity coffee, sprice, redcurrant, white pepper and flavours of citrus peel make this crisp, complex beer both refreshing and engaging.
