Brewed for the Good Beer Hunting Uppers & Downers coffee and beer festival in Chicago, this beer is a true expression of our brewing team’s talent and creativity. Brewed with coffee and cascara (the dried fruit from coffee plants) sourced from Baltimore’s own Vent Coffee Roasters, it has a uniquely sweet aroma reminiscent of coffee and tobacco, with defined citrus and ripe fruit character. The Belgian Abbey yeast provides that distinctive Belgian flavor that one would expect in a tripel, but the specialty ingredients bring in additional flavors of tart cherry and mild coffee, with a full bodied finish. Our team had a lot of fun collaborating with Vent to come up with this idea, but it will only be available for a very limited time.
