A bière de coupage (blended beer). A young hoppy mixed ferment farmhouse ale blended with a 3 year old barrel of spontaneously fermented beer. 100% local Gladfield malt including a healthy dose of spelt, dry hopped with Riwaka. Fruity funky and tart with a little structure from the oak barrel.
