The final Fulton & Wood beer from our 2024 series. Inspired by the team’s first craft beer loves (one being Matilda), this IPA used a mix of traditional Orval yeast with Brettanomyces, and Citra hops. Delivering a massive stone fruit aroma, with a healthy amount of Belgian funk, a balanced citrus bitterness and mild malty sweetness.
