This is a fruited sour ale, with fresh lychee and pineapple juice added during fermentation. It is tart, tangy and sweet with a refreshing zing. It reminds us of frosty fruit icy poles, with light tropical vibes and a light face puckering sourness. Summer isn't over yet!
