This is the first commercial release from Middle Child Brewing after winning the Malt Miller and Elusive Brewing 2021 competition.The duo took Frasers multi-gold-medal-winning APA recipe and tweaked it just a touch: Pale Malt with some Munich I malt to add caramel, honey and bread notes. Centennial, Mosaic, Zeus and Magnum hops to add some fruit punch to the mix. Sam (Chief Everything-else Officer ) said “Think Citrus, Piney and Tropical notes with a floral background and a taste so good you’re going to come back for a second, third, fourth” …not forgetting to drink responsibly of course!
